What I did
Designed signage, flyers, maps, booklets, fact sheets, and membership cards.
Sydney Olympic Park Authority manages one of Sydney’s most iconic precincts—home to major events, public parklands, and community programs. While studying design, I worked part-time as a junior designer within their Corporate Communications team, supporting the day-to-day creation of communication materials used across the Park.
My work covered a broad range of outputs including ecological signage, flyers, maps, fact sheets, membership cards, and corporate booklets. I was responsible for ensuring each piece met brand standards and was appropriate for its intended audience, whether for visitors, stakeholders, or internal use. The role gave me valuable experience in designing functional, information-rich materials within a large organisation, often collaborating with internal teams to deliver clear, accessible communication.
